Red Pepperica cured, Pasted & then blended with sugar, salt and Acetic
Acid,
maintaining proper Salt, Acidity, T.S.S. Flavour, Taste & Good
Appearance
a)  No sign of insect contamination

d)  Texture - Not to hard nor to soft

a)  Acidity   :  1% - 2% (As Citric Acid)
b)  Salt   :  12% - 16%  (As Sodium Chloride)
c)  T.S.S.  :  28 - 32 (Deg) BRIX
d)  PH  :  2.5 - 3.5 (Deg) PH
e)  Appearance  :  Red
     Consistency  :  Very Thick

Shelf Life  :
The Products will have a shelf-life of 18 months, if stored under
standard condition.

Packaging  :
50 g. in Glass Bottle with E.P. wads screw cap and such 6 Bottles in
1-Tray and Bulk Packaging in H.D.P.E. Poly Drum (Food Grade)

Lodability  :
1200 Cartoons of 6-Bottles x 24 Trays & in bulk packaging approx.
20 Tonnes Red Pepper Paste will fit in one 20' container.
